Comparable sales and market statistics are sourced from licensed data providers, public registers and the portals and may contain errors or omissions we cannot verify.
Offer Insights and forecasts
The likely number of offers, price band and conditions shown to agents and vendors are derived from buyers' engagement, draft letters of offer and open-home price opinions. They are indicative, change constantly, and are not a representation that any offer will be made or at what price. An offer exists only when it is submitted and signed; a sale only when contracts are exchanged.
Legal and financial matters
Nothing on this platform is legal, financial, tax or investment advice. Contract particulars are prepared from the information provided and must be checked by each party's legal representative. Milestone reminders are a courtesy and do not alter the dates in a contract or any party's obligations.
Automated messages
Some emails and SMS are sent automatically in the name of the agent responsible for you, at times set by the office. They are logged and can be stopped by replying or by contacting the office.
Licensing
Agents and property managers are licensed or registered under the Property Agents and Land Transactions Act 2016 (Tas) or the Estate Agents Act 1980 (Vic). Licence details appear on every agency agreement and on request.
