What this notice covers
T.G. Newton collects the details you give at an open home, in an enquiry, on a letter of offer or when you read a contract of sale, together with how you use the pages we send you, to market and sell or lease the property, present your offer, prepare a contract, verify identity where the law requires, and keep you informed about properties that match. We share what is needed with the vendor or landlord, legal representatives, our campaign suppliers and the portals, as set out in our Privacy Policy. Some suppliers store information overseas. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or opt out of marketing, at any time by contacting the office on your document or privacy@tgnewton.com.au.
